Andrea has been a certified pilates instructor since 2015.

 Her classes stress the importance of proper stretching to avoid muscle injury, how to use equipment to improve flexibility and core body strength

 Andrea focusses on modeling exercises for students to ensure they learn appropriate form and technique, incorporating breathing and centering techniques into instruction for optimal health.

 Classes include the use of bands, balls and other equipment designed to assist in becoming leaner and stronger pilates students.
