Pump is a class that sculpts and strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscles by using light weights, bands, body bars, the best weight room exercises like squat, presses, lifts and curls. The moves are slow and controlled. You will participate in non-stop strength building exercises that will increase muscular endurance while using a variety of equipment. Stay motivated with fun upbeat music.
