Spin is an indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring trainer who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. This class will help you increase your cardiovascular fitness, endurance, muscular strength, burn fat and tone and shape your legs, hips, and butt.
Spin Stretch follows up the ride with deep stretching targeting legs, hips and back to help soothe and lengthen tight and tired muscles
